We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund once theproduct has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who havealready purchased and experienced the product(s), either its use in the case ofskincare, or smell in terms of essential oils.

If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening theproduct, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. Please note thatnotification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must bereturned to us within 15 working days. Returns received after this periodwill not be accepted.

Please include your order number, name, address and reason for the return.

Please note that in order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise stated. If it is a defect in the product(s) we will organise free postage for you.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post eParcel or SENDLE services and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to your chosen shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt (unless not required due to the Postage company policies). 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please follow the detailed instructions provided in the email in order to track your order.
